Q: Is there a way to split SSAS database between different disks? A: By default all SSAS data is saved in the folder specified in DataDir SSAS server property. If you have a need to split a SSAS database between different disks, you can change "StorageLocation" property for cube, measure group or partition. When you change StorageLocation property, you are presented with dialog that includes just folders set in SSAS servers "AllowedBrowsingFolders" property. You can change values for this property from SQL Server Management Studio.
