Permanent job-New York/New Jersey-advanced Microsoft SQL Server 2005 (SSAS, SSRS, SSIS, MDX)
G4 Analytics – a leading provider of Business Intelligence software applications and services – is seeking an experienced technical lead for a number of engagements in the New York/New Jersey metropolitan area. Our applications are built exclusively on the Microsoft BI platform and development stack. This is a permanent position and will pay top salary to the right candidate.
Must Haves :
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server 2005 – especially SSAS, RS, SSIS, MDX
- Proven experience of designing and building robust ETL for Data Warehouse systems
- Proven experience in the Design, Development and Deployment of Sales Reporting Systems : Operational and Business Intelligence & Data Warehousing
- Proven experience of work in a major business functional area (Sales, Finance, etc)
- Proven experience of designing, developing and deploying on the Microsoft Business Intelligence platform
- Excellent soft skills to manage both employees and customer
- Business Analyst skills, ability to interact directly with users to obtain and document reporting requirements
- Proven experience of leading a team of 5 to 10 implementation specialists and developers
Nice to have :
- Experience with Cognos Business Intelligence 8
- Experience with SQL Server 2008
- Domain experience with Sales Promotions, Incentives, Commissions etc. in a Consumer Goods company
- Technical proficiency in the Microsoft developer stack (.NET, ASP, Sharepoint)
