Dave, I hate to say, but I have to say you are too narrow-minded! You don't see the forest, but the wood. With you interview questions, you are not trying to find the best candidate for the job, but to show off yourself. With your criteria, the only successful candidate in the whole world would be yourself! By saying "We had cubes with 50 or more dimensions in them, yet we could process them just as quickly as if they had only five dimensions”, you are telling the real experts that you know nothing about Data Warehouse/Business Intelligence. I think it’s better for you to read Kimball or Inmon’s books when you have time instead of misleading other people.
