Jan 11, 2018 - Microsoft released CU3 for SQL Server 2017 RTM

 

On Jan 11, 2017 Microsoft released Cumulative Update package 3 (CU3) for SQL Server 2017 RTM.

This update contains hotfixes for issues that were fixed after the release of SQL Server 2017 RTM. This build number of this cumulative update package is 14.0.3015.40 SQL Server CUs are certified to the same levels as Service Packs, and should be installed at the same level of confidence.

There are no fixes related to SSAS/PowerPivot in this update.
