On October 15, 2012 Microsoft released Cumulative Update Package 3 (CU3) for SQL Server 2008 R2 SP2.

This update contains hotfixes for issues that were fixed after the release of SQL Server 2012. This build number of this cumulative update package is 10.50.4266.0.
