On July 18, 2011 Microsoft released cumulative update package 1 (CU1) for SQL Server 2008 R2 Service Pack 1.
Cumulative update packages contain hotfixes for the Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 Service Pack 1 (SP1) issues that have been fixed since the release of SQL Server 2008 R2 SP1.
Note This build of this cumulative update package is also known as build 10.50.2769.0.
