Another one is reams and reams of buggy MDX calculated members with IIF statements on current member levels where they've attempted to fudge a custom roll up instead of using scope statements and leveraging the natural aggregate of the base measure. Demonstrates a lack of understanding of MDX, performance, query execution context and how cubes aggregate data. And my other favourite that just blows my mind - reams and reams of MDX trying to fix fact table grain issues because they've ignorantly loaded measures with mixed grain into a view or table that has been resented to SSAS.
