Interesting perspective. I intervie

Interesting perspective. I interviewed once where the people asked all the 'right' questions. They then gave me a problem, left the room for 1/2 an hour so I could work on it. Of course my school had warned me about this trick. I provided enough information so they could see I understood the problem and create a structure for solving it. However I did not give them enough information implement the solution to their very real problem. Free labour? Conceptualizing vs implementing. Luckily I work with a group that includes the Doers as well as the Thinkers. Great team. That said, my interviewing style involves a broad scope. I want solutions to the problems I pose. I want people that can think, not just memorize. I want people, not calculators.
