This release contains a version for SQL Server 2005 and one for SQL Server 2008. It also contains a major rework of Expression and Configuration Highlighter to improve performance and along with the following new features:

Support for non-English versions of BIDS
All of the features in BIDS Helper still only display in English in their user interfaces. But in previous versions, some of the features of would not work at all in non-English versions of BIDS because of the way we were integrating into BIDS. This has now been fixed and all of the features of BIDS Helper should work regardless of the language in BIDS.
